2. Upon review if we determine that this surgery is one that we can provide, we may request more information such as X-Rays, Cath Films, etc.
3. We then will be able to provide you with a final quote that is all inclusive - hospital stay (regardless of length of stay), Anesthesia, Surgeon, pre-op tests and evaluations.
4. We will then schedule your procedure.
5. We will request your medical records and prior medical history. We will request Radiology.
6. If you choose to have your procedure here, we will work with you to assist you in your travel arrangements. We will arrange your preoperative appointments and testing.
